ANOVO, medidas adoptadas frente al COVID-19

Ante la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el coronavirus COVID-19, desde ANOVO hemos adoptado, y seguimos cumpliendo, una serie de medidas excepcionales con el fin de prevenir y conseguir frenar la propagación del virus. 

Nuestra empresa, comprometida con la seguridad y salud de sus trabajadores, desde el primer momento designó un Grupo de Coordinación Estratégico para la Gestión de la Crisis en Madrid y otro en Málaga, que han ido evaluando la situación en función de los diferentes escenarios. 

Todas las actuaciones se han estudiado y llevado a cabo a través del desarrollo de un Plan de Contingencia frente al Coronavirus y de un Plan Higiénico-Sanitario.

Las medidas de prevención frente al COVID-19 han sido muy variadas y se han ido desarrollando en función de las indicaciones marcadas por el Ministerio de Sanidad.

Medidas adoptadas

Las medidas de prevención más relevantes y que aún mantenemos vigentes son las siguientes:

  • Desde antes del estado de alarma, se prohibieron los desplazamientos a otros centros o viajes.
  • Asimismo, se prohibieron las reuniones presenciales.
  • Se ha limitado la entrada de personal ajeno a la organización, salvo en el caso de que presten un servicio esencial para el proceso productivo. En estos casos se ha informado a las empresas de las medidas preventivas y protocolos de actuación implementados en ANOVO. 
  • Se ha fomentado el teletrabajo para los puestos en los que es posible. 
  • Se ha organizado la distribución de puestos de trabajo en cada estancia, de forma que se mantenga una distancia social de seguridad de 2 metros entre los diferentes puestos. En algún caso en el que estaba limitado el espacio, se ha optado por la colocación de barreras físicas o se ha ampliado el número de turnos.
  • Se cerraron los centros ANOVO care hasta que ha sido posible atender a los clientes de forma segura gracias a medidas de prevención específicas para las tiendas.
  • Se han realizado diferentes campañas informativas para los empleados y se han creado los contenidos para una formación específica en COVID-19 para todos los empleados. 
  • Se ha potenciado el uso de cartelería y señalización para fomentar las medidas de higiene y prevención.
  • Se han tomado medidas para reducir y organizar el flujo de personas para el cumplimiento de la distancia de seguridad: definición de sentidos de circulación en escaleras y áreas de trabajo, división de pasillos en ambas direcciones, reducción de aforos en las diferentes zonas de trabajo, flexibilización del cambio de turno, escalonamiento de entrada y salida del personal según talleres, etc.
  • Se han establecido turnos para el uso del comedor y la limitación de aforo en las zonas comunes (comedor, aseos, vestuarios, etc.) para garantizar que puedan respetarse las distancias de seguridad.
  • Se ha dispuesto de medios necesarios para garantizar la higiene personal de los trabajadores: dosificadores de solución hidroalcohólica desinfectante, secamanos con acción bactericida-virucida en varios aseos, mascarillas y guantes. 
  • Se han reforzado las tareas de limpieza en todas las áreas, con especial incidencia en superficies y equipos que se tocan con mayor frecuencia. También se ha acometido una desinfección completa de las instalaciones mediante nebulizado ambiental con productos bactericida y virucida a través de empresas homologadas por Sanidad.
  • Contamos con más personal de limpieza y con la colaboración de nuestros técnicos, que limpian su puesto de trabajo mínimo una vez al acabar su turno. 
  • Como actuación complementaria, nuestro Servicio de Prevención ajeno ha realizado la Evaluación de riesgos frente exposición al Coronavirus y la valoración del personal especialmente sensible frente al COVID-19 por parte de Vigilancia de la Salud.
